    Ordering from Belfast: how it works

    This site is a guide. The till is somewhere else, the prices are in euro and the delivery comes from outside the city. None of that is hard, but it is better explained before you order than after. Here is the whole process, start to finish.

    1. Choose a model, on this site or with our help through the free garden consultation.
    2. Follow the product card to that model on TrampolinesIreland.com.
    3. Check out there with your Belfast address and pay by card. The price is in euro.
    4. We confirm your delivery date.
    5. The pallet arrives at your kerb. You bring the boxes in.

    1. Who you are buying from

    Belfast Trampolines is run by Trampolines Ireland. In Northern Ireland we trade as Trampolines Northern Ireland, Middletown, Co. Armagh BT60 4HX. We are an official BERG Premium Dealer, we have been selling since 2020 and we have delivered more than 8,000 orders. Our company rating on Google is 5.0.

    We are an online business. Every order is delivered by courier, and we deliver to every BT postcode in the city.

    2. The shop and its euro prices

    You do not buy on this site. Every product card here links to the same product on TrampolinesIreland.com, our shop, and that is where the order is placed.

    Prices on the shop are in euro, and the prices on this site are the same euro prices. We do not show pound prices, because we would only be guessing at a figure that is set elsewhere.

    3. Paying by card

    You pay by card, in euro, at the shop's checkout. Your bank or card provider converts to sterling at its own rate, so the pound figure on your statement depends on the day.

    How your own card handles a payment in another currency is a matter between you and your bank. If you want to know in advance, your bank is the one to ask. You are buying from a business with a Northern Ireland trading address, and if you have any question about your order, ask us before you place it.

    4. Who delivers, and when

    Trampolines and PlayBase frames travel on a pallet through The Pallet Network, a group of regional carriers. Which carrier brings yours depends on which side of the lough you are on.

    • Belfast and Co. Antrim: Am-Transport, based in Larne. Our shop's delivery page for the county names Belfast City, Dunmurry, Lisburn and Carrickfergus.
    • The Co. Down side: Allen Logistics, Moira. That covers Holywood, Bangor, Newtownards, Dundonald and Carryduff.
    • Newtownabbey and Glengormley: we deliver there too. We will tell you the arrangements when you order.

    Cost. Delivery is free on orders over €300. Under that, it is €11.99. Go-karts are delivered free, and that includes the €299 BERG Buddy B.Orange.

    Time. Models in stock are delivered within 48 hours. Anything we have to order in typically takes 7 to 10 days. We confirm the date when you order. The Belfast delivery page sets this out postcode by postcode.

    5. What happens on delivery day

    • The delivery is kerbside. The pallet is set down at the kerb outside your address, not carried in.
    • Getting the boxes from the kerb to the garden is your job. Trampoline boxes are long and heavy, so have a second person there. If your only way to the back is through the house, clear the route beforehand.
    • The pallet stays with you. The carrier does not take it away.
    • Look the boxes over as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged, tell us within 24 hours, on 028 3756 8930 or at trampolines@esi-ltd.ie.

    6. Returns and price match

    You have 14 days to return an order. If you have simply changed your mind, you pay for the return delivery. If the goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it.

    We price match against authorised Irish BERG dealers. If you have seen the same BERG model for less at one of them, ask us before you order. We also keep genuine BERG spare parts, for the day a spring or a net needs replacing.

    7. Visits by appointment

    A visit to our warehouse can be arranged. It is by appointment only, so ring 028 3756 8930 first and we will agree a time. The line is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Most Belfast customers never need to make the trip: photos and a phone call settle it.

    8. What we do not do

    • We do not install or assemble. We supply and deliver. If you want an installer, we can put you in touch with an independent one who quotes you directly. See who installs a trampoline in Belfast.
    • We do not have a Belfast shop. Everything is delivered.
    • We do not quote pound prices. The shop's euro price is the price.
    • We do not advise on planning. If you are unsure, ask Belfast City Council's planning service, especially before digging for an in-ground trampoline.
