Which haulier delivers to Newtownabbey and Glengormley?+
We tell you when you order. Delivery is by pallet through The Pallet Network, to the kerbside, and we confirm both the carrier and the date at that point. Delivery is free on orders over €300.
Is Airtastic at the Abbey Centre a trampoline park?+
No. Airtastic's Belfast centre, at 38 Mill Road beside the Abbey Centre, is an inflatable park with soft play, bowling and laser tag. Trampolines are at Airtastic Craigavon, the nearest trampoline park we could confirm as of October 2026. Check the venue's own site before travelling.
Is wind a problem this close to the lough?+
Any garden trampoline should be anchored: that is BERG's advice wherever you live. Take the net and padding off before a heavy storm and check the anchors afterwards. The Met Office recorded 85 mph at Orlock Head, Co. Down, during Storm Éowyn in January 2025. We sell two anchor kits, and a FlatGround trampoline sits at lawn level so it catches far less wind than one on legs.
Does the price include assembly?+
No. We deliver the boxes and you, or someone you hire, put it together following BERG's manual. We can give you the details of an independent installer, who quotes separately.
How long will I wait for delivery?+
Models we hold in stock are delivered within 48 hours. Anything we need to order in typically takes 7 to 10 days. The five go-karts are kept in our own warehouse and are delivered free.
