The terms are the same but the carrier is different. Holywood is in Co. Down, so the pallet comes with Allen Logistics of Moira, not the Belfast haulier. It is left at the kerbside, free on orders over €300.
Our garden is on a slope. Can it take a trampoline?+
BERG needs level ground for any trampoline, so a sloping site has to be levelled first. That is work for a landscaper or an independent installer, who looks at the garden and quotes you directly. Send us photos and we will tell you what we think is realistic.
Are your prices in pounds?+
No. Orders go through TrampolinesIreland.com, where prices are in euro. You pay by card and your bank or card provider converts to pounds at its own rate, so the amount on your statement depends on the day.
What is your returns policy?+
You have 14 days to return an order. If you have changed your mind, the return delivery is at your cost. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover it.
Is there anywhere to see a trampoline before buying?+
Warehouse visits are by appointment only, so ring 028 3756 8930 first. Most customers start with the free garden consultation, which is done from photos and rough measurements.
