Trampoline delivery to Belfast
We sell online and deliver by courier to every BT postcode in the city. Two hauliers do the driving: one for the city and the Co. Antrim side, one for the Co. Down towns. Below you will find which one serves your postcode, where the pallet is put down, what delivery costs and how to get ready for it. The order itself is placed on TrampolinesIreland.com, our main shop.
Free on orders over €300
That covers every trampoline and PlayBase frame on this site. Go-karts are delivered free whatever the price. A smaller order costs €11.99 to send.
Within 48 hours when in stock
A model we have to bring in typically takes 7 to 10 days. We confirm the date with you when you order.
14 days to return
You pay the return delivery if you change your mind. We pay it if the goods are faulty, damaged or wrong.
Two carriers, one network
Everything we send to Belfast goes on a pallet through The Pallet Network. Which member of the network brings it depends on the side of the city you live on.
- Belfast City and the Co. Antrim side: Am-Transport, based in Larne. Our shop's delivery page for Antrim names Belfast City, Dunmurry, Lisburn and Carrickfergus among the places it serves.
- The Co. Down side: Allen Logistics, based in Moira. Holywood, Bangor, Newtownards, Dundonald and Carryduff are all on its list.
- Newtownabbey and Glengormley. We deliver there. We tell you which carrier is bringing the pallet when you order.
The service, the charge and the timescale are the same whichever haulier it is. Trampolines, PlayBase frames and go-karts all travel this way.
Belfast postcodes we deliver to
Find your district, then follow the link for the page we have written about that part of the city. The carrier shown is the usual one. The split follows the place names on our shop's delivery pages, so if your address sits near a boundary, we confirm the carrier with your order.

Kerbside means the kerb
The order arrives boxed and strapped to a pallet. The driver sets the pallet down at the road outside your address. The driver does not take it up a path, through a house or into a garden.
From the kerb onwards the boxes are yours to move. The pallet stays with you as well.
Terrace houses and back yards
Belfast has a great many terraced streets, so we will say this plainly: the boxes are left at the kerb, and in a mid-terrace they then have to go through the house, or round by a back entry if you have one, to reach the yard or garden.
What follows is common sense from us, not a rule from BERG or the carrier.
- Trampoline boxes are long. Plan on two adults for each of the long ones, and do not try a hallway turn on your own.
- Walk the route first. Front door, hall, any turn into the kitchen, back door, the step down. Move the coats, the pram and the bikes before the delivery is due.
- If the back entry is gated, find the key the night before.
- On a street with parking on both sides, a clear stretch of kerb outside your door gives the pallet somewhere to land.
- The pallet does not need to come through the house. Lift the boxes off it one at a time at the front.
On the day
- Be there, and have your second adult there too.
- Check each box as it comes off the pallet, before you carry anything away.
- Not building it yet? Keep the boxes somewhere dry until you are.
- Keep the packaging for the first fortnight in case anything has to go back.
If anything is damaged
Report damage to a box or its contents within 24 hours of delivery. Ring 028 3756 8930 or send an email with a photo. We keep genuine BERG spare parts.
Timescales
A model we hold in stock is delivered within 48 hours. One that we have to order in typically takes 7 to 10 days. In both cases we confirm the delivery date when you order.
If the trampoline is for a birthday or for Christmas morning, ring 028 3756 8930 (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm) before ordering. We can tell you there and then whether the model you want is in stock.
The free threshold and the €11.99 charge
Orders over €300 are delivered free. No trampoline or PlayBase frame on this site costs less than that, so all of them qualify. An order below €300, such as an anchor kit bought on its own, carries a delivery charge of €11.99.
Go-karts
We sell five BERG pedal go-karts, and every one of them ships free. That includes the Buddy B.Orange, which at €299 is just under the usual threshold. The karts are kept in our own warehouse and delivered within 48 hours. All five are on the go-karts page.
Euro prices
You order on TrampolinesIreland.com, where prices are in euro, and you pay by card in euro. Your bank or card provider converts to pounds at its own rate, so the figure on your statement depends on the day. Our guide to ordering from Belfast walks through the whole process.
Seeing a trampoline before you buy
Every order is delivered, so there is no need to travel. You can visit our warehouse by appointment, so please ring 028 3756 8930 first and we will agree a time. If you would rather not make the trip, a free garden consultation by email covers most of what a visit would.
We deliver, we do not fit
Our part ends at the kerb. We do not assemble or install anything. BERG's manual covers putting together an above-ground trampoline, a go-kart or a PlayBase frame.
An InGround or FlatGround trampoline needs groundwork before it goes in. That is work for an installer who has looked at your own ground. We can put you in touch with an independent one, who quotes you directly, and it is worth doing that before the pallet arrives. Read who installs a trampoline in Belfast.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an order. If you have simply changed your mind, the cost of sending it back is yours. If the goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it. Contact us before returning anything so we can arrange it properly.
Before you order
- Not certain what will fit the garden or the yard? Book a free garden consultation. We work from your photos and rough measurements.
- Found the same BERG model for less at another authorised Irish BERG dealer? Ask us about matching the price.
The rest of Northern Ireland
This site is about Belfast and the towns beside it. We deliver to every other part of Northern Ireland too. For Derry, Newry, Armagh, Ballymena or anywhere else, use our sister site, Trampolines Northern Ireland.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who delivers trampolines in Belfast?+
Am-Transport, a haulier based in Larne and a member of The Pallet Network. It covers Belfast City and the Co. Antrim side. On the Co. Down side, which takes in Holywood, Bangor, Newtownards, Dundonald and Carryduff, the carrier is Allen Logistics of Moira, part of the same network.
Do you deliver to every Belfast postcode?+
Yes. We deliver to every BT postcode in the city, BT1 to BT17, and to the towns around it. The table on this page lists each district.
Will the driver bring the boxes through to the back garden?+
No. The service is kerbside: the pallet is set down at the road outside your address. Moving the boxes from there is up to you, and in a terrace that usually means carrying them through the house or round by a back entry.
What should I do if a box arrives damaged?+
Let us know within 24 hours of the delivery. Ring 028 3756 8930 or email, and attach a photo if you can.
Does delivery include putting the trampoline up?+
No. We supply and deliver, and we do not assemble or install. If you want the work done for you, we can put you in touch with an independent installer, who quotes you directly.
Want a delivered price for your Belfast address?
Email us two or three photos of the garden or yard with rough measurements. We suggest a model that fits and tell you what it costs delivered. There is no charge.
