Privacy policy

In brief
- belfasttrampolines.com is a site for reading. You cannot open an account, fill a basket or pay on it.
- No page here submits a form to us. The garden consultation form only starts a message in your own email, and it goes nowhere unless you send it.
- We set no advertising cookies.
- We find out who you are only when you choose to email or phone.
Who is responsible
Belfast Trampolines (belfasttrampolines.com) is run by Trampolines Ireland, trading in Northern Ireland as Trampolines Northern Ireland. Trampolines Ireland is responsible for the personal data you give us through this site.
Privacy questions go to trampolines@esi-ltd.ie or 028 3756 8930.
Trading address: Trampolines Northern Ireland, Middletown, Co. Armagh BT60 4HX.
What we never ask for here
Every page can be read without giving us a single detail. There is no sign-up, no login and no payment step on this site, which means it stores no passwords, no delivery addresses and no card numbers.
The garden consultation form
What you type into the form on the garden consultation page stays in your browser. Pressing the button hands your answers to your own email program as the draft of a new message addressed to us. You are free to edit that draft, attach photos to it or discard it. If you send it, it reaches us as a normal email. If you do not, we never see it.
Emails and phone calls
When you email, we receive your address and whatever the message contains. That is typically a name, a phone number, your area or postcode, and a description and photos of your garden. When you phone, we have what you say to us, and your number if a call back is needed.
We use those details for one purpose: dealing with your enquiry. That may mean suggesting a product, quoting a price, booking a warehouse appointment or answering a question about an order. Our legal grounds are our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and the steps you ask us to take before buying.
Your details are not sold, and nobody receives them for marketing of their own. Should you ask about an installer, we give the installer's details to you, and you decide whether to get in touch. Enquiries are kept only for as long as the question, and any order that comes of it, requires. Ask at any time and we will delete yours.
Orders and payment
All buying is done on TrampolinesIreland.com, our main shop. A product card on this site simply opens that product over there. The shop takes your order, your delivery address and your payment, and it does so under its own privacy policy. Please read that policy before you buy. Our links to the shop include a short referral tag, which records that the visit started on belfasttrampolines.com and which part of a page the link sat in. The tag carries nothing that identifies you.
Server logs
This site sits on a hosting company's servers, as almost all websites do. A host may record routine log entries: the IP address a request came from, the time, the page asked for and the kind of browser. Such logs exist to keep a site working and safe.
Fonts, product images and links out
- Our typefaces come from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them from Google's servers, so Google sees your IP address when it does.
- Product photos are served from the image servers our shop, TrampolinesIreland.com, uses. Your browser makes the same kind of request to those.
- We link out to other sites: our Google reviews, our Northern Ireland sister site, and the councils, parks and venues named in our area pages and guides. After you click through, you are under that site's privacy policy and not ours.
Cookies and analytics
There are no advertising cookies on this site. Should we introduce analytics, we will say so here first.
Your rights and who to complain to
Data protection law gives you the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to have our use of it restricted, to object to that use, and to receive it in a portable form. Two sets of rules are relevant: the UK GDPR for visitors in Northern Ireland, and the EU GDPR for the company's Irish operations. To use any of these rights, email trampolines@esi-ltd.ie.
If we have handled your data badly, please tell us, and let us try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority:
- For visitors in Northern Ireland: the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.
- For the company's Irish operations: the Data Protection Commission, at dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts doing something it does not do today, we will rewrite this page to match and change the date at the top.
